Anna Straker

Anna Straker is a nominee of Best Supporting Female Actor for her role in The Harbinger from the 2011 Matilda Awards.


Anna works as a puppeteer, performer and artistic associate of Brisbane independent theatre companies Dead Puppet Society and Fixate Productions. Since graduating from QUT’s Creative Industries Drama degree in 2010 Anna has been in multiple theatre and film productions including Haven (Anywhere Theatre Festival), The Harbinger (La Boite Indie), Star Crossed Jammers (Lead Jammer Films), The Timely Death of Victor Blott (Metro Arts). Anna has also trained with the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) with the Young Actors Studio
